On a personal development programme we explored the things that remain unsaid.
That often the things we don’t say is closer to where truth lies.
We practised saying our unsaid things out loud, not to anyone, but on mute. Releasing the truth out to the World even if no hears it.
We thought about who we were speaking to, why we have never said those things to them, how they sit inside us.
Quite a liberating and unruffling experience.
Not everything needs to be said.
Somethings are just for us to know.
But somethings may be do need to be said.
And understanding that can help shift us.
Do you have things that are unsaid?

There are always things left unsaid. That said am I being reflective? Am I being patient? Or do I just need to rethink from another perspective? I’m learning to really listen, especially to what’s unsaid.
