So I was on a call last week, part of a group gathering, coaching experience.
And we all had to answer the question ‘What are you in the middle of…?’
I wasn’t sure about the question so I thought I’d listen others before I thought about my answer.
The group were so articulate, and calm, and owning their space - I just got absorbed listening, and forgot I had to also answer.
It came to my turn and I thought I’d just start talking to see what came out.
As it happened a huge emotional wave came out, from where I don’t know.
I heard myself say I was in the middle of unravelling, and ready to reset (amongst a lot of other stuff, between some tears, and sobs). I wasn’t expecting that!
One of the other attendees offered his virtual support and said ‘so now it’s time a Ravel’.
I love that! Yes time to Ravel.
I have no idea what that means but I know I will definitely be doing that this year!
Sometimes, especially when we are in the middle of something, we just need a great big unravelling so that we can Ravel again.

Are you ready to Ravel?
Sounds like an excellent thing - unravelling is often needed (& sometimes when least expected) and I'm sure we could all do with unravelling more than we do. Therefore if we unravel we then can ravel again afterwards.
(& sending big hugs to you, I'm here if you want to chat/unravel/whatever, you've done so much for others recently)
