“These daily emails are exhausting me” one person responded, they put a LOL emoji after the comment so I’m assuming they are sort of enjoying the exhaustion? It’s not a complaint, I hope. If it is a complaint, the I say let go. Create the space for something that will help you grow.
It’s a bit like going to the gym (for me). The thought exhausts me, but actually going there doesn’t. When I get there I enjoy it, and I love the progress being made. But ask me to think about the gym, I’m already on the sofa calling it a day.
Daily nudges to nudge you to think differently work in the same way (for me). I need a daily moment to interrupt my auto pilot manoeuvres, my assumed beliefs, disrupt what I thought I knew as fact. Because unless I do that I remain the same. And same is not progress. Same thoughts keep you in the same place.
So if you are finding something exhausting, before you’ve even done it, maybe at least give it a chance, it might be the thing that changes everything!

Is it really Exhausting you?
I have been getting stressed about getting a new job and not being very successful as I am not going for the right roles! I have decided to focus on my health and buying my new flat. It wasn't an easy decision of course, but am exhausted trying to do too much! As my friend said to me 'You don't want to be the richest person in the graveyard and without looking after you health first a job won't be sustainable.' Wise words!!😉
