“Courage is the most important of all the virtues, because without courage you can't practice any other virtue consistently. You can practice any virtue erratically, but nothing consistently without courage.” - Maya Angelou
What do you think of when you think of courage?
Are you courageous?
Or is it a word that only apply’s to fearless people, heroes doing extraordinary things, and therefore a thing you might never really need to have.
And yet courage is the thing which helps us take bold moves, make right decisions, achieve goals, speak up in meetings, argue our case. It makes us human.
Understanding how courage shows up in your life and your relationship with it, will help you to understand how to achieve the things you really want to achieve.
What do you think Courage is?

I think courage is when you're afraid to do something but do it anyway. Or when you do something alone that you'd rather do with support.
