So.
I’ve been away at a conference for 2 days. And as I ran out of the house on Monday late afternoon to catch the train, apparently I had not noticed a few things left on the kitchen table, waiting to be packed.
One item being my laptop.
So that familiar feeling of Oh, hit me as the train went sailing over the Cumbrian fells heading for Manchester.
So I missed the Rethink note for two nights. Ok, not a huge problem. But I also had a proposal to send through to a client, a big change programme needing a lot of thought. This was more of an uncomfortable feeling.
But still, nothing I could do about it.
As if Saturday was just a test this was the real moment to practise letting go!
Tuning in to what is in our control and what is not.
And not wasting energy on worrying about it, because that woudln’t contribute a single positive outcome.
So.
Here we are.
Back.
And not going anywhere for a while. Strictly work from home, and strictly reduce the opportunity to forget things!
